On March 26th we once again joined the Boy Scout Expo at Sunset Park, Las Vegas. There were thousands in attendance, and we served up samples of our beef stew to hungry scouts all day.   We made a big pot of Beef Stew and some cornbread. We demonstrated cooking techniques and hosted a Dutch Oven cookoff later in the afternoon. Here is our "mascott" second year in a row. This goose is a fixture at the park, and prefers the company of humans to that of other geese. Here's the big pot of beef stew we made for the Boy Scout Expo. This is a 22 inch pot!
