Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip 8" dutch oven 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1 can (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese Tortilla chips Directions Spread cream cheese into a greased 8 inch Dutch Oven. Layer with chicken, buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Yield: about 2 cup |
The Las Vegas Dutch Oven Society Website! We are a family oriented club whose members can participate in a variety of activities including Dutch Oven Gatherings, campouts, and community service. Each month we have a gathering where we cook together, then share a great potluck meal. In alternating months we gather at a local park, while in the opposite months we get out of town and go camping together. Just click on the calendar link to get all of the information. If you are new to Dutch oven cooking or just haven't done any for a while, then this is the group for you! We have a number of members who teach DO cooking, so just let us know and we'll make sure you have a "coach" to help you get off on the right foot.
